We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also loved the enclosed beer garden and play area for kids. On-street parking was convenient. Definitely planning to go back!
All was good.

The Brig & Barrel had it all - a garden for my car, a communal living room to share my misery, and a restaurant to remind me that takeout is always an option.
Just loved not having anyone around when I arrived. Such a special touch!

Stayed at a hotel, had a garden for my car, shared lounge to meet strangers, enjoyed food in the restaurant. Nearest airport too far to leave hotel. Playground for children to disturb my peace. 41 km from a castle, yay.
Didn't like not being able to check-in. So inconvenient!

Stayed at a hotel with a lovely garden, free parking, and a restaurant. Also had a children's playground. So kind of them to accommodate the little brats, I mean, kids.
Shame I didn't get to meet the invisible receptionist when I checked in. Very sneaky, indeed.
